The pjur Group Debuts 4 New Lubes

WASSERBILLIG, Luxembourg — The pjur Group today announced four new products aimed at consumers that put a premium on non-irritating, premium lubes preferably "made in Germany.”

For the vegan consumer group, the company has debuted the pjur med VEGAN glide."The increased demand for such products spurred the development of pjur med VEGAN glide," managing director Alexander Giebel said.

The product contains only vegan ingredients and was not tested on animals. The formula also uses no fragrances, parabens, preservatives or glycerin. The water-based pjur med VEGAN glide is pH-neutral and suitable for all skin types. The added moisture offers long-lasting lubrication. "The development of this product is an important step for us as a con-sumer-oriented enterprise, which allows us to offer a personal lubricant to this consumer group that meets their needs," Giebel added.

Also announced was the pjur med SOFT glide — a personal lubricant with soothing jojoba oil. Jojoba is known in the cosmetics industry for its beneficial properties: it boosts skin elasticity, con-tains vitamin E and provitamin A, nourishes and protects sensitive, chapped and dry skin, and has an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect. The product is silicone-based and free of preservatives — which pjur said are also important criteria for the health conscious consumer target group.

The next new personal lubricant is the pjur med SENSITIVE glide for extremely sensitive skin. The product is free of all additives,  contains no preservatives, parabens or glycerin but — like all pjur personal lubricants — it has excellent lubricant properties. "Many customers have requested a pjur med product with no additives. We are now meeting this need with pjur med SENSITIVE glide," Giebel said.

In addition to the new personal lubricants, pjur has developed the PRO-LONG delay serum for men that has no numbing ingredients. After applying to the penis, the company said it forms an invisible film that reduces sensitivity and can help prevent premature ejaculation. The product is safe to use with condoms and can be used in combination with pjur personal lubricants. Giebel explained, "In Asia, but also in Europe and other markets, the demand for delay products for men that are available without a prescription is on the rise. Our pjur med PRO-LONG serum is specifically tailored to this demand."

All of the new personal lubricants are available in 1.5 ml or 2 ml sachets and new POS materials such as flyers, brochures and web banners are available now. The lubes are available in the 100 ml size bottles, while the serum is available in a 20 ml pump dispenser.

The products will be available beginning in July.
