The FORM 5 is a waterproof; rechargeable vibrator designed for both men and women. It features two micro-thin wings for all-encompassing sensations. The wings flutter to excite sensitive areas and erogenous zones. It also features a firm “Pleasure Dome” at its center, which delivers powerful vibrations to the user while remaining whisper quiet.
It was designed to fit comfortably in the palm of the users hand with intuitive controls that boast five speeds and four pulsation patterns.
