LOS ANGELES — Carter Cruise displayed her acting chops in director B. Skow’s version of the casting couch for his new release "Auditions" by crying on command.
When "hypnotized" by Skow, the 2015 XBIZ Best New Starlet and Best Actress winner exhibited a wide range of emotion before delivering a hardcore performance, the director said. The collaboration between Cruise and B. Skow is so effective that the two are now in talks to do a major adult feature starring the Cruise as his lead and inspiration.
“Carter let me get inside her mind and really break her down,” Skow explained. “She doesn’t hold back with me at all and she’s not afraid to fully express herself. Together we make great movies and I’m looking forward to seeing how far I can push her.”
Available now through Skow for Girlfriends Films, "Auditions" also stars Lola Foxx, Vyxen Steel, and Ariana Grand in casting couch scenarios. The release is generating interest due in large part to the "erotic charge of power exchange, verbal dominance, and raw sexual inhibition" brought out from Skow's challenging interviews.
“I really liked the idea of exploring the dynamic of a girl going out for a role and being asked to do something more,” Skow said. “How will she react? She could tell the director to fuck off or she could be ready and willing to do anything to get the part. There are a lot of possibilities and I had a cast that really allowed me to take a look at some different situations and also get some amazing scenes.”
