K-Beech CEO Kevin Beechum said he was looking forward to working with Carey.
"Things happened very quickly," he said. "She's very popular across the board, the fans love her, she's one of the biggest acts on the feature dance circuit and she's crossed over into mainstream like no one before her."
Director Cash Markmen will helm all of Carey's new titles, and the adult star said she can't wait to get started.
"I am excited about working with Kevin," she said. "He is giving me an opportunity to work with a great director, Cash, and put out movies while I get my own company going. I think Kevin and his company is great and is just what I need in my career right now."
Carey will appear at K-Beech's AEE booth (number 5013) twice this weekend: Jan. 12 from noon to 4 p.m. and Jan. 13 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
