Vibratex Reports 'Magic Wand' Set to Beat Sales Records

NAPA. Calif. — Vibratex announced today that The Magic Wand is set to beat all previous sales records again in 2014, after hitting a previous high in 2013.

The company said it has seen a 25 percent increase in sales for the massager, previously known as the “Hitachi Magic Wand," attributing the bump to its populairty with consumers for its strong, penetrating vibrations and reliable quality.

Vibratex’s toy transitioned to an updated look with revised branding in 2013, along with stronger construction, the company explained.

During 2014, the Magic Wand received accolades from the press, including Women’s Health, Cosmo and Shape. Web magazine Engadget, specializing in cutting-edge devices and technology, featured the product in a multi-page layout. The massager was also seen in cameos in the popular comedy show “Louie,” and on Playboy TV's hit series “Swing.”

Retailers interested in stocking up for Valentine's Day can receive merchandising tools that include table tents, shelf talkers and acrylic stands to show off a demo product. Empty Magic Wand cartons for building a display are also avialable.
