DENVER — Director Tarantino XXX is at again, with another action porn parody, “Machete XXX.”
The project will be released by his independent label, the XXXL Ray Network, on November 21, and is based on Robert Rodriguez’s cult 2010 film, which originally was a fake movie trailer from Grindhouse that featured a Mexican James Bond-like spy, played by actor Danny Trejo.
Tarantino XXX’s porn version of the movie finds Tony Bravo in the title role in a feature that is presented in a fake movie trailer grindhouse-style.
“We’re doing something never done before in porn, with this homage to the original,” Tarantino XXX says. “This movie is not an actual feature movie, it’s really a fake movie trailer that has four full hardcore sex scenes included, so you’re really just paying to see a XXX movie trailer which I don’t think has been done before.”
“I always wanted to do a ‘Machete’ porn parody even before I did ‘Pulp Fiction XXX,’” Tarantino XXX explains. “The film (and Danny Trejo) were very influential on me before I got into porn, so I finally came up with this cool ‘fake trailer with sex scenes’ concept (which was how the original film was created).”
“Machete XXX” stars Tony Bravo as Machete, Mikki Lynn, Tegan Riley, Katrina Zova, Marc Vicious and Mr. Whitacre, and features cameo appearances by Nina Hartley and James Bartholet.
