Peter T. Cohen, who has led numerous blue-chip entertainment companies merge their interactive platforms, will join the Barcelona-based adult company as chief operating officer.

A former executive at Billboard Live, The Box Music Network, HBO, CNN International, MuchMusic and ACTV Inc., Cohen will be responsible for the daily operations of joint venture, licensing expansion and all new media platform developments.
“Private is an established leader in adult entertainment, and I am looking forward to working with Berth and the management team to further expand our content offerings into new media platforms and maximizing our global brand equity,” he said.
