Cams Increases Payouts

PALO ALTO, Calif. – Cams.com, the live video chat site from FriendFinder.com, has announced an incentive-based affiliate payout program that will increase payments to webmasters by as much as 75 percent.

Cams.com improved its traditional 20 percent flat payout in favor of an eight-tier structure that will pay affiliates up to 35 percent of revenues earned from new members that are referred to the site. The new payout system takes effect Nov. 17.

“We want to reward our most enthusiastic affiliate webmasters, giving them even more of a reason to refer traffic to this site,” FriendFinder VP of Marketing Legendary Lars said. “This also gives additional incentive to all webmasters to work with us.”

Payouts are calculated on a daily basis and are paid twice monthly to affiliates.

Under the new payment system, referrals of:

  • 401 or more confirmed members in a single day will earn 35 percent
  • 300-401 earn 32 percent
  • 200-301 earn 30 percent
  • 100-201 earn 28 percent
  • 50-101 earn 26 percent
  • 26-50 earn 24 percent
  • 6-25 earn 22 percent
  • and fewer than five remain at 20 percent
  • In addition, this month Cams.com is paying a 10 percent bonus for all signup increases that exceed the October level along with other bonuses.

Cams.com also has extended through November its special $105 “per order” payout program, which replaced the standard $55 per order compensation in August.
