FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — MojoHost announced Monday that it has acquired a 100-percent interest in web hosting and colocation company Colo-Cation.
"We are excited to have Colo-Cation's customers already migrated to MojoHost's Miami datacenter and Michigan support team," MojoHost CEO Brad Mitchell said. "Colo-Cation.com's rich reputation for service the last dozen years makes it an excellent fit with our organization."
Mitchell said he was elated to receive a phone call from Chris Davies about the opportunity to acquire the company.
"Mr. Davies has stellar integrity and we were flattered with his choice of MojoHost as the best future home to entrust his beloved customers to," Mitchell said.
All technical operations have already transitioned to MojoHost with billing and other integrations to follow in the coming weeks. Clients should continue to use established support methods but call (888) 345-MOJO for telephone support.
