LOS ANGELES — The October 2013 issue of Penthouse magazine features Brad Armstrong's "The Rocki Whore Picture Show: A Hardcore Parody."
Other movies that are featured include Burning Angel Entertainment's "Fuckenstein" and "Evil Head," distributed by Vouyer Media.
The movies are the focus of an article called "Scary Funny," a Halloween-themed overview of porn's best horror spoofs.
“Is it bad that we think this is better than the original?” begins the magazine’s review of Armstrong's parody, adding, “Mac Turner as Frank N. Beans is so good you forget you're not watching Tim Curry."
The article also expresses similar enthusiasm for the movie's screenplay and music, saying "the script and songs are delivered with such an enthusiastic wink that you'll be tempted not to skip ahead to the sex."
