CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Munkey Barz has been granted national and international patents for its sex strap device, the company says.
"I’m very happy that it’s finally done,” Munkey Barz CEO Mike Beadle said. “It's been a long 20 months, but now we have it and it feels great!”
He added, “The patent(s) cover the current design used by MunkeyBarz as well as new accessories and upgrades including a plush belt and a throttle controlled vibrating bullet like a motorcycle."
Munkey Barz recently announced a reduced retail price of $99 for its flagship item. By making the positioning strap more affordable, Munkey Barz becomes more accessible to consumers, the company said.
Munkey Barz is a sex strap device that essentially creates handles for the hips, allowing users’ partners to grip the “bars” and enhance certain sexual positions. It is available in three sizes.
