The EXXXTREME Modeling talent roster primarily will be comprised of girls with little to no adult modeling or performing experience. Bangg believes that there is a lot of local talent that needed a reliable avenue to enter the adult industry. This is how the idea to start an agency was born.
“I established a good reputation for myself by showing up [to sets] on time and giving each performance my all,” Bangg told XBIZ. “As I focus my attention away from performing, I wanted to start a modeling agency with something that no agency in Porn Valley could offer — untapped talent. Local San Deigo girls want to perform in adult movies, too. My main goal is to provide producers with fresh talent that haven’t been seen before.”
Bangg’s roster of female models, which currently numbers around 10, will be available to “anyone and everyone” she said, with the optimal focus on providing casting services for companies based in the nation’s porn capital — San Fernando Valley. The agency also offers location rentals and makeup artists.
For now, all the models listed on Bangg’s website have their own transportation to L.A., but if the need for drivers arise, Bangg will likely provide that service as well.
In an effort to guarantee the timeliness of her models therefore enhancing her agency’s credibility, Bangg is offering producers a safeguard. If a model arrives more than 30 minutes later for her call time the producer would not be obligated to pay an agency fee. If the model arrives an hour or more late, the producer can knock off $100 from the performer’s rate.
“I started this policy because I understand that producers might be hesitant to book a girl they are unfamiliar with, or that they are coming from a couple hours away,” Bangg said. “This is an insurance policy to ensure that our models understand the importance of being on time in this business.”
The EXXXTREME Modeling website will be updated as the agency signs more girls. The site includes large photos of each model along with their statistics, and the acts they are willing to perform on camera.
The agency already has made a splash according to Bangg by signing Julia Bond, who will now be performing again in boy/girl scenes after a brief hiatus.
