Katsuni Wins $80K in Lawsuit Against Bow Wow

LOS ANGELES — Porn star Katsuni has won her copyright infringement suit against rap artist Bow Wow for his use of her dance footage in the music video "Drank In My Cup."

TMZ reports that Bow Wow did not respond to the lawsuit and must now pay Katsuni $79, 346.07 for damages and attorneys' fees and remove the video from online and all other media channels.

Katsuni filed the lawsuit against Bow Wow and his label Universal Music Group in July after she discovered Bow Wow's video included 80-seconds of a dance routine she created and performed in "The Conspiracy Strip Club," a music video for French electronica artists The Electric Conspiracy.

Katsuni was represented in the lawsuit by David Pierce of Beverly Hills.
