Swinger Website Kasidie.com Under New Ownership

LAS VEGAS — Swinger lifestyle website Kasidie.com announced that it has new owners.

Scott Purcell and Nicoleta, who founded Kasidie.com five years ago, have turned over the reins to Emily and Sergio Bitti.

Emily Bitti, who has been with the operation since its beginning, was tapped as vice president of club relations in 2011.

“We are fully committed to giving this our all and elevating things to the next level,” Bitti said. “Our members can be assured that we are devoted to you, to the site and the lifestyle community.”

Purcell is stepping back to pursue his new venture, Arctic Island, which helps small business owners get funding to grow and create jobs.

The Kasidie founders said they will continue to use their "Epicurean" personal profile and remain active on the Kasidie.com website.

Financial details regarding the transition were not disclosed.

Kasidie Entertainment, LLC is the parent company that operates the swinger website. The company also acquired EroticaLifestyle.com in 2011.
