Oops Clips Announces Site Sale

LOS ANGELES Oops Clips has announced that after eight years in operation, the site is for sale on the auction site Flippa.

Customers purchase a monthly membership to access niche video clips of downblouse and oops type videos. According to the company, the site moved to a paid subscription service in 2011 having previously offered movies for free.

"The working model of offering videos for free over the years wasn't financially viable for us anymore as our mainstream advertisers like BeFree and BlackLabelAds changed their business practices, so we moved to the existing setup using CCBill as our billing provider," founder Sam Passerelli said. "The site is very popular with nipple slip fans, building up a fan base over the years and after one year of establishing a paid site with over 300 members we feel this is the right time to put the site out-there and looking at any offers to buy the website."

The site is updated every day and offers webmasters a 50 percent revenue share.

For more information, see the Oops Clips Listing on Flippa.
