Manwin Acquires Reality Kings

LUXEMBOURG — RealityKings.com is now under the Manwin umbrella, the company announced Monday.

In keeping with its vision for growth and diversification, Manwin has acquired, among other assets, RealityKings.com network of sites, Reality Kings TV (RKTV), DVD production and sales, and NastyDollars affiliate program.

First launched in 2000, Reality Kings features more than 5,000 adult performers and 7,000 scenes in its portfolio. RK is regarded as a leader in the niches sites in which it specializes.

The Reality Kings operations team will remain in place and will be expanded to further enhance RK product lines, according to Manwin.

"We are happy to welcome Reality Kings to the Manwin family," said Fabian Thylmann, managing partner of Manwin. "There have been few companies in the industry that have accomplished as much as Reality Kings has, and we look forward to building on Reality Kings' established success.

"Acquiring these outstanding sites, products and human resources will allow Manwin to further expand its quality repertoire and reach an even greater diversified audience."

Based in Luxembourg with offices in Burbank, Calif., Montreal, London, Dublin, Hamburg and Nicosia, Manwin operates Playboy Plus in a licensing deal with Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Playboy Enterprises and also owns blue-chip brands such as Digital Playground, Brazzers and Twistys. In addition, Manwin owns YouPorn, Spankwire, Webcams Tube8, ExtremeTube, KeezMovies, Mofos, ExtremeTube, JuicyBoys and PornHub.
