Honey's Place Launches Upgrades to Wholesale Website

SAN FERNANDO, Calif. — Honey’s Place has implemented a new search feature and additional improvements on its flagship website, www.honeysplace.com. Always looking to enhance the customer’s experience, Honey’s Place said it has built a state-of-the-art search function for the site.

“With over 15,000 products in stock and more being added almost every day, it was important for us to make it as easy as possible for customers to find what they’re looking for,” said Bonnie Feingold, president/CEO of Honey’s Place. "Utilizing a custom-made program, the new search function displays popular search suggestions as customers type, auto-completing words and phrases to save time and it offers 'fuzzy' matching to handle spelling errors. Not only is the search more intuitive, but the posted results are more dynamic and on point."

In addition to the added search elements, Honey’s Place has also enhanced its website cart options by creating a Saved Cart feature on www.honeysplace.com. Customers will now be able to create multiple Saved Carts, name them, and even make notes on products.

Saved Carts will be held so that customers can make additions and then come back to their shopping at a later time. The company said the Saved Cart feature is ideal for owners of multiple stores as well, as they will be able to create carts for each location.

“We wanted to give our customers — store owners, managers, buyers, etc. who we know are very busy, more flexibility when it came to placing orders," said Helle Panzieri, Honey’s Place sales manager. "The new Saved Cart function achieves that."

Honey’s Place is excited to hear from customers about their experience with the new advancements on their site.

“The idea is to improve our customer’s overall experience on the website and I’m confident that we’ve made changes that our customers will be very happy to see,” Feingold said.
