Sportsheets, Sex & Mischief Collection Honored With 3 ‘O’ Awards Nominations

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.  Sportsheets and its Sex & Mischief fantasy collection have taken home three nominations in two leading categories for the upcoming 2012 O Awards.

The company was recognized twice in the Outstanding Accessory Product or Line category for the Sex & Mischief Collection and the Sportsheets Spread the Love Bar, and once for Outstanding Packaging category.

The Outstanding Accessory Product or Line award was given to the Sex & Mischief collection and the Spread the Love Bar, a tool that makes it fun, safe and easy for couples to experiment with sensual restraint, the company said.

The company said Sex & Mischief was created specifically to help men, women and couples turn their inner-most fantasies into reality with a sophisticated collection of sophisticated and affordable products ideal for all experience levels.

The Outstanding Packaging category recognizes product lines whose packaging design works directly with the company’s merchandising to create a high-impact impression in store and online that facilitates brand recognition and multiple sales.

Sex & Mischief products are packaged using high-fashion imagery and a signature black-and-white motif that translates its sophisticated BDSM-inspired theme.

"We are honored to be recognized for our success in product development and branding in this sector of the adult retail market," said Tom Stewart, Sportsheets founder and CEO.

"We created Sex & Mischief to redefine BDSM and fantasy play with luxury imagery and accessible price points, and the team is pleased to be nominated alongside our friends and colleagues. See you in Vegas!"

The 2012 O Awards is scheduled Sept. 11 during the International Lingerie Show at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
