Severe Society, Kelly Shibari to Appear on Playboy Radio

LOS ANGELES Severe Society Films co-owners Dee Severe (a/k/a Mistress D) and Jimmy Broadway, along with PaddedKINK owner Kelly Shibari, will be appearing on Playboy Radio’s “Night Calls” with Nicki Hunter and Debi Diamond (Sirius/XM 102) today at 8 p.m. Eastern.

Severe, Broadway and Shibari will be discussing their current collaborations, which include bringing PaddedKINK as well as The Charles Gatewood Archive to DVD for the first time.

“It’s always great to be back on Night Calls," Broadway said. “In addition to having worked with both Nicki and Debi previously, we are also friends with both ladies. This means we don’t have to waste any time getting to know each other and we can dive right in to the fun kinky stuff!"

Severe Society Films and Shibari’s recent releases include PaddedKINK’s “Padded Submissives 1” and “A Night at Kinky General” from their PaddedKINK line.

Photographic anthropologist Charles Gatewood’s “The Submission of Michelle” is the first from their Charles Gatewood Archives line.

“I’m delighted not only to promote my own PaddedKINK DVDs, but even more excited to bring Charles’ work to a modern audience,” Shibari said. “He is not only a dear friend but his work is simply amazing. I’m delighted that we are now able to make his work available on DVD.”

Since 1964, Charles Gatewood has documented such diverse subjects as social protest, alternative and fetish culture, celebrity portraits, rock and roll, body modification, and the Wall Street area of lower Manhattan.

Fans and listeners with questions about fetishes can call in to the show at (877) 205-9796.

Severe and Broadway are also slated to appear on Spice Radio's You Porn with Christy Canyon & Ginger Lynn (Sirius/XM 103) on May 3 at 4 p.m. ET.
