According to the company, the Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to product damage or ordinary wear, tear or abuse resulting from regular use, nor does it apply to Sportsheets dildos, vibrators or bullet vibrators that may be included with the product.
To activate this warranty, users must either register their product at Sportsheets.com/warranty or retain the packaging flap that features the product's UPC code.
