HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Adult performer Tanya Tate has received multiple nominations for U.K.'s SHAFTA Awards.
The SHAFTA Awards recognize the best in British adult entertainment and Tanya received two nominations for her work in 2011. She has been nominated for Best Reality/Gonzo Series for the follow-up to "Tanya Tate's Sex Tour of Ireland" series "Tanya Tate's Sex Tour of Scotland."
For the third straight year Tanya has also been nominated for MILF of the Year, a category that has seen her win the award two years in a row.
"I was shocked when the SHAFTA Award nominations were announced," she said. "Being nominated for MILF of the Year is very exciting. If I win a third time, I would be left speechless. I look forward to the event and supporting the MILF award nomination and the Best Reality/Gonzo Series nomination."
As the SHAFTA Awards are voted on by the public, Tate said she is looking to her fans to aid in solidifying her award win. Voting can be done via the SHAFTA Awards website, now through the end of February. As an incentive for fans to vote, Tate has announced a contest that will see one lucky winner receive a month free membership to the official TanyaTate.com website.
The contest will run the duration of the voting period with the winner to be announced on March 15, the night of the SHAFTA Awards.
