GayMainstreet Announces PodPosting

ORLANDO, Fla. — GayMainstreet.com has announced the launch of PodPosting for webmasters who wish to communicate by sharing MP3 files on the site’s forums.

According to John Paul, CEO of GayMainstreet, the innovation was inspired by the popularity of PodCasting. But this is PodCasting with a twist. Rather than simply downloading PodCasts, users will be able to leave audio posts for each other on industry bulletin boards.

In other words, the messages once typed by posters can now be left as audio files for the forum to listen to and comment on.

“I see it as an exciting new approach to creating a rich and productive environment for business-to-business networking,” Paul said. “There are a lot of reasons why most webmasters do not attend business-to-business events. I’m offering the industry an alternative.”

In addition to giving webmasters another way to communicate with each other, Paul believes that many adult companies will want to use audio files in their press releases.

To take advantage of the service, users need only download free software used for creating MP3 files. Users can download the software from posts found on the GayMainstreet forums. As a way of promoting the new tool, Paul is offering a free headset and microphone to any webmaster that needs one.

The PodPost feature is available free to guests who wish to post or listen.
