DEK Names Vincent Lipari President of WTS

AUSTIN, Texas — The board of DEK International LP  has announced that Vincent Lipari has joined its Web Transaction Services subsidiary as president.

Previously, Lipari was the director of business development and a board member at Checkgateway LLC where he was responsible for adding more than $200 million of annual ACH processing volume.

Lipari brings his 14 years management and business development experience to DEK where he will focus on growing revenue for the company and its subsidiaries and assume direct management responsibility for WTS, the company said.

Since 1997, WTS has been a provider of ACH eTicket and payment processing services in the high-risk market. DEK’s WTSeu subsidiary builds on WTS experience and capabilities by enabling third-party credit card, non-U.S. EFT and phone based eTicket services.

The company said online merchants can take advantage of a single eTicket interface to best service their consumers and to optimize sales.

“Vinny will extend and expand WTS service and capabilities through his consultative approach with merchants and extensive expertise in electronic payments,” the company said.

“WTSeu and WTS only make money when our clients make money, let’s all do better together.”

Lipari can be reached at vinny@achbill.com or for further information contact Bill Parodi Jr. at bpj@achbill.com.
