“Re-Penetrator” was originally made as a "silly Halloween gag" for Burning Angel fans. It is a pornographic spoof of H.P Lovecraft's 80s horror flick "Re-Animator” and tells the story of a stripper (Joanna Angel), who after being dead for 20 years is resurrected back to life by a perverted mad scientist (Dr. Breast).
To celebrate the release of the Platinum Edition DVD, “Re-Penetrator” was screened at the Backseat Film festival on Feb. 28. Fans drove from all over the tri-state area to attend the event. Angel says, "’Re-Penetrator’ is a controversial movie to sell, but it certainly goes over well in a theatre. It always gets a standing ovation every time I screen it anywhere.
