XBIZ Retail Showroom Floor Buzzes With Product Showcases

LOS ANGELES - A stream of visitors strolled through the XBIZ Retail Expo main exhibition hall checking out new product releases and networking with the industry’s finest manufacturers.

Upon entering, Alexander Institute’s booth displaying instructional erotic videos stood out with clips of the movies projected onto a screen.

Fabian Alston, Alexander Institute’s sales director, said the company recently began expanding to include books and toys.

“We just rolled out a few toys to get feedback,” Alston said. “We want to get a good response before producing more.”

Alston said that the Sherman Oaks, Calif.-based company is dedicated to enhancing intimacy between couples in a tasteful manner. Alexander Institute’s collection of instructional DVDs includes more than 50 titles.

Across the way, Liberator introduced an add-on to the Tenga Flip masturbator called the Tenga Hole Warmer. The warming strip that can be inserted into any Tenga Flip model works when one bends it to crack and the crystallization inside of it heats up.

Eldorado’s elaborate booth took up a major portion of the floor, showcasing the distributor’s vast selection of products. The company’s two new catalogs showcased even more bestsellers.

BeaMonstar Products, which took home an XBIZ Award for Sex Enhancement Manufacturer of the Year last night, showcased their goods with freshly designed promotional flyers and marketing material.

“We’re beyond proud to have been given this honor again,” BeaMonstar’s national sales director Peter Grett said. “Thank you to XBIZ for the award and for this excellent event. The awards show was spectacular.”
