PornStarTweet to Unveil IndustryTweet at XBIZ LA

LAS VEGAS — The Naughty Tweet Network and anchor website PornStarTweet announced that it will unveil its newly developed IndustryTweet social media platform Feb. 9 at this year’s XBIZ LA digital trade event.

The 2011 XBIZ Award nominee for Progressive Web Company of the Year said IndustryTweet will focus solely on improving business communication and connecting industry related people.

The goal is to use the social networking platform for adult directors, photographers, webmasters, talent managers, PR agents and more in all facets of the business from retail, wholesale, production and creative who are using standard social media, as well as industry specific networks, according to the company.

“Wow, again,” said CEO Pete Housley regarding the company’s second XBIZ nomination.

He added, “We’re still humbled and amazed as to the success of the Naughty Tweet project — especially PornStarTweet.com. We really have to thank the stars and the fans for this success. People must get tired of hearing me tell the story of February 2009 only following a total of 17 Porn Stars on Twitter — now we’re about to cross the 1,000th performer.”

Housley said that his company’s success speaks volumes about the overall impact that social media has made on the industry.
