The original "Deviance" earned CAVR DVD of the Year and also was an XBIZ nominee.
“Following up 'Deviance' was a tough one for me," Joshua said. "I knew what I envisioned, but I wanted to do it with a different style than the first film. The first 'Deviance' was loaded with tease sequences before each sex scene, and I replaced that with the set-ups themselves being the tease, and instead of having one star like Eva [Angelina] star in the majority of scenes, I mixed it up with the biggest stars in adult today. Jenna Haze, Nikki Benz, Teagan and Alexis Texas all killed it.
"Having Adrenalynn come back from her hiatus to do two killer scenes was simply a cherry on top of a stellar cast. Teagan and I are so honored and thankful to XBIZ and the fans for continuing to honor our hard work.”
"D2: Deviance" received nominations for Gonzo Release of the Year-Non-Feature, Best Art Direction and Marketing Campaign of the Year. D2: Deviance is a skinworXXX production for Adam & Eve Pictures.
The 2011 XBIZ Awards is scheduled for Feb. 9 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
