XBIZ Awards 2011 to Rock Hollywood Palladium

LOS ANGELES — With an estimated attendance of more than 2,000 industry professionals from all segments of the industry, XBIZ Awards 2011 attendees will experience a new show format at the historic, world-renowned Hollywood Palladium.

Located in the heart of Hollywood, Calif., the Hollywood Palladium has reached pop culture icon ranking since its establishment. It has hosted legendary musical acts, including The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Led Zeppelin and Red Hot Chili Peppers and hosted special events such as the Grammy Awards.

The legendary Palladium will now see the adult industry’s biggest stars and luminaries that will take the stage to honor the excellence and achievements for those companies and performers that play an essential role in the growth and popularity of adult entertainment around the globe.

Hosted by Digital Playground contract star Jesse Jane, the ninth annual XBIZ Awards show is slated for Feb. 9, and held in conjunction with the 2011 XBIZ LA Conference and XBIZ Retail Expo.

With XBIZ Retail's sold-out exhibition space and the mounting excitement over the inaugural first-of-its-kind trade event for adult retailers, XBIZ Awards show organizers say the prominent, much larger venue is a perfect fit for the adult industry’s biggest business awards show, which last year drew record attendance and garnered heavy media coverage.

“With every installment of the XBIZ Award shows, enthusiasm on behalf of the adult entertainment business community as well as the media has steadily climbed; and it is with great pleasure that we announce a much bigger, better venue to cater to all,” XBIZ President and Publisher Alec Helmy said. “Scheduled to coincide with both the XBIZ LA Conference and XBIZ Retail Expo, the 2011 XBIZ Awards show is poised to be the grandest yet with all sectors of the industry in attendance to receive their honors.”
