BearFilms Launches WoofCash.com

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — One of the biggest bears on the web is sharpening its teeth with a woof. BearFilms.com, which boasts more than 37,000 photos of 285 bear models, has launched WoofCash.com, its new affiliate program. To celebrate, the company is offering an extra 10 percent recurring on memberships.

Normally the program will pay 50 percent recurring, but Andy Dill vice-president of production at BearFilms said affiliates who sign up by Tuesday, Jan. 31 would earn 60 percent through the end of the year.

The new Woof Cash affiliate program offers an array of newly designed animated and static banners, hosted galleries and downloadable content from BearFilms’ extensive library.

Affiliates also get 20 percent on the sales of videos and DVDs, supported by more than 25 hours of streaming video from the company’s 15 videos.

Dill said BearFilms currently boasts thousands of members, plus an average retention rate of more than five months.

“Members stay for the original and unique content they can’t get anywhere else and the frequent and plentiful site updates,” Dill said.

Dill said the draw of a bear site is that fans of bear content have a real “focused interest,” which he said translates to high conversions.
