AmAdBucks Acquires Sebastian's Studios

FORT LAUDERDALE — Gay affiliate program AmAdBucks announced today that it has acquired Sebastian's Studios, Inc.

The studio is best known for producing amateur films consisting of a number of niches including gangbangs, orgies, jack off, voyeur films, oral cum swallowing, twinks, bears and more.

As part of the deal, AmAd Media Distribution, Inc. will operate the Sebastian’s Studios site for both affiliate marketing and paysite operation.

According to the company, the site features daily content updates (more than 90 percent exclusive), leak-free traffic, no cross sales or hidden costs, a large members area and CCBill processing and customer support.

In related news, Sebastian's Studios has finalized the buyout of of Maple View Media on Oct. 16 that includes the acquisition of 92 amateur bareback creampie HD scenes.

The company said Maple View Media distributed its films through user-operated venues such as NaughtyBids, Videos4sale, Clips4Sale and tube site paid areas.

The move marks the studio's third buyout since 2009 that now totals15 studio lines with 380 films released.

Sebastian's Studios President JJ Ruch said, "I am very delighted of this exciting buyout. I am certain it will aid in our growth and do nothing but the best for us."

He added, "Sebastian's Studios, Inc. will begin distribution immediately. The first release is titled, 'Double Dicked & Creampied,' a seven scene full-feature film.

"All videos are in full compliance of all 2257 required regulations, wonderful quality and I am very impressed with the entire overview of the films," he said.

The scenes will be distributed through DVD stores and VOD.
