Baci Lingerie Announces Its Most Expensive Photo Shoot

MIAMI — Baci Lingerie says it's invested $20 million in the last 14 months on its second collection, the Black Label Collection.

Baci Lingerie will officially debut the Black Label Collection worldwide at the January Salon International de la Lingerie Show, which is described as the biggest lingerie show in Paris, and later at the International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas in March.

“We are extremely excited to present the Black Label Collection at these world-famous trade shows,” said Robert Rosen, chief operating officer of Baci Lingerie. “We feel that the Black Label Collection will create an entirely new category of lingerie that the world has never seen before and ultimately change the industry forever."

The Black Label Collection's photo shoot follows the same concept as the company’s first collection whereby each of Baci Lingerie’s 550-piece collection was shot so that each style had its own setting with front and back pictures and in video format to provide an intimate and personal touch.

A total of 1,100 pictures and 550 videos will debut with this Black Label Collection, the company said.

"Just for the photo retouching we invested more than 5,000 hours, the shooting alone had a budget of over $5 million plus printing costs of $3 million for 50,000 Black Label Collection books, which was recently shown to existing partners and VIP customers at the September ILS show this past week," Rosen said.

According to Baci Lingerie, a globally acclaimed Italian production team that included the best photographers in the world managed the photo shoot, which was held throughout three extravagant castles in Southern Germany, U.K. and Paris.

The Black Label collection will be very elegant and European chic lingerie that will be presented in an extremely high class manner for 90 percent less expensive price than other high end luxury brands.

"This new category of extremely high-end designed lingerie for extremely low price will definitely revolutionize the industry,” Rosen said. “Partners and VIP customers who had the chance to preview the Black Label Collection were totally amazed and met with disbelief over this new category of lingerie and claimed that this is the most exciting thing to happen to the lingerie industry in a very long time."

During last week’s ILS, Baci Lingerie premiered the new Black Label promotional trailer to partners and VIP clients.

“Instead of just putting some lingerie movies together, a famous video clip director designed this promotional trailer in a thrilling five-minute video showing the vision and direction of the Baci Lingerie Black Label Collection,” Rosen said. “The trailer will be available for worldwide release at the January lingerie show in Paris and will be available in English, French, Russian, Chinese, German, Italian, Scandinavian, Dutch and Spanish.”

Baci Lingerie will next attend the Venus Show in Berlin Oct. 21-24.
