Tammy Sands’ philosophy behind the camera is simple: make the model comfortable. “I suppose one advantage I have as a female photographer is my ability to relate to the models, which immediately puts them at ease,” says Tammy. “When a model is relaxed and happy, her beauty is magnified in a way that no equipment or set can accomplish. Communication between the model and me makes all the difference. A shoot is kind of like a relationship in those regards.”
