LOS ANGELES — JRLChartsOnline announced today that gay adult personality Jason Sechrest will host the 1st Annual JRL Gay Film Awards in Los Angeles on September 19.

The company said Sechrest is one of the most powerful people in the gay industry and has been described as “The Oprah of Porn.”

"Jason Sechrest was a great choice to host this year's show and I'm sure he's going to bring a fresh platform that everyone will enjoy," JRL President Christopher Thais said.

Sechrest is involved behind the scenes in the adult entertainment business with his DV8 Casting and DV8 Entertainment production companies.

JRL said voting is open to fans, retail merchants and wholesale distributors for favorite performers, movies, genre, retailer and online content provider.
