SafeCharge International Acquires xt:Commerce GmbH

LOS ANGELES — SafeCharge International has acquired xt:Commerce GmbH, a provider of e-shops and ecommerce solutions.

"Online commerce continues to grow rapidly, and this acquisition will enable SafeCharge to offer advanced and enhanced services that will better meet the growing demand of global merchants,” SafeCharge International CEO David Avgi said. “This includes a robust, ecommerce platform and secure online payment processing capabilities.

xt:Commerce has more than 100,000 shops for clients that include Osram, Volkswagon Accessories, 3M Online Shop, Butlers, Mindfactory, Marktkauf, Delsey and Bugatti.
