CCBill Announces App Portal for Clients, Developers

TEMPE, Ariz. — Leading e-commerce solutions provider CCBill announced today an online portal of software applications developed to enhance the company's systems and services.

The App Portal was created and provided by developers and is now in open beta.

Complete submission guidelines can be accessed at CCBill Apps.

"We have a long history of designing platforms with a high degree of customization options to best meet the needs of our clients, and the flexibility of our proprietary solutions enables external software applications and modules to be integrated as desired to help drive business opportunities," said Jake Powers, CCBill's vice president of e-commerce.

He added, "The new App Portal gives people a convenient and centralized location for viewing or purchasing any externally developed software designed to complement their current CCBill solutions."

The company said a few of the more well-known applications such as CCB Tools and Virtual CCBill Agent are already in the App Portal, along with several others. Additional offerings will become available as they are approved for inclusion.

"Developers can register and submit a new application for the Portal at any time. There is no charge for doing so and if their solution is approved, it is listed in one, easy-to-locate spot for potential clients to see, giving the developers more visibility to the market," Powers said.
