In the scene illustrated on the cover of "House Hunters Part 1," Girlfriends Films contract star Prinzzess helps Penthouse Pet Ryan Keely modify her loan to help Keely keep her house.
The movie also stars Tanya Tate, Ariella Ferrera, Chastity Lynn, Dana DeArmond and Brenda James. "House Hunters Part 1" has four scenes in its 148-minute running time.
The latest edition of Girlfriends Films' long-running "Women Seeking Women" vignette series, which is in its 62nd volume, features Girlfriends Films contract star Prinzzess, who is on the cover with Elexis Monroe. The DVD also stars Julia Ann, Bobbi Starr, Andy San Dimas, Dia Zerva, Madison Young and Anita Dark in four scenes with a running time of 200 minutes.
"Lesbian Seductions Older/Younger Vol. 31" stars Allie Haze, Margo Sullivan, Mellanie Monroe, Tara Lynn Foxx, Persia Monir, Izy-Bella Blu, Tiffany Star and Totally Tabitha in four scenes running 196 minutes.
