Further, Dirty D says the woman — who goes by the porn pseudonym Kelsey Cummings, among others — has performed in numerous porn shoots with various adult producers "before and after" his shoot, and she even operates a blog that details her interest in working in porn and is married to a performer who has shot gay porn.
"This is not the innocent underaged girl we are talking about," Dirty D told XBIZ. "She apparently used a fake ID. I have no idea why she's making these claims.
"At the time, a valid Florida Drivers License was provided to us and the model was over 18 years old. The information on the signed release matched the Florida Drivers License."
Two men who worked with adult producer Dirty D to help find talent and help produce content were charged Wednesday with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.
Police charge that the two men — Shawn Chastain and Ryan Jay Holtz — knew that the woman was under 17 when she was asked to perform in August 2007 with a vibrator and give fellatio to "numerous unknown males" who were behind a so-called gloryhole.
Dirty D, who currently is out of the country after visiting the Barcelona Summit adult convention, said that he expects to be arrested and charged upon returning to the U.S.
Dirty D operates GloryHoleGirlz.com, GhettoConfession.com, RealOrgasmVideos.com, GangBangHood.com and AlmostFemale.com, and produces and distributes related DVDs. He also owns affiliate program HowIGotRich.com.
According to a police report supplied to XBIZ, Chastain and Dirty D were present when Holtz asked the girl if she had her fake ID. Dirty D gave her a release form to sign and said he knew she was only 17, the report said.
Police said the woman was paid $500 for two videos worth of content that was shot at a house and at Fantasy Land Adult Video, an adult theater where the gloryhole production occurred.
At one point during the shoot at Fantasy Land, the woman "exited the booth and noticed a line of unknown adult males awaiting to enter the adjoining booth. Both Chastain and Holtz apparently organized the line. [The woman] became upset, but [Dirty D] grabbed her by the arm and took her back to the booth," the police report said.
"[The woman] was able to get free and call for a ride to leave," the police report said.
Dirty D denied the allegations by the woman, saying that her statements are "completely false and inflammatory."
Police were tipped to the case when they received a mailed letter that included photos of the woman in the act of fellatio on the site GloryHolesGirlz.com, according to the police report.
Michael Morrison, a spokesman with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, told XBIZ that the investigation is continuing.
Chastain was arrested by Tampa police, and Holtz was arrested by St. Petersburg police Wednesday. Both were released on $20,000 bail.
Meanwhile, Dirty D said that while he's been out of the country, police served warrants and seized much of his Tampa Bay-based business operations.
"I've been thrown under the bus," Dirty D said, "Why? Because they have trashed my business, taking cash, videos and 10 terabytes of data.
"Once the government gets in your business, they kill it."
