Voting for Cybersocket Web Awards Ends This Week

LOS ANGELES — Voting for the 10th annual Cybersocket Web Awards comes to a conclusion Dec. 31 at midnight.

Presented by Epoch, the Cybersocket Web Awards will be held Feb. 8 in Hollywood in conjunction with XBIZ LA 2010.

Each year the Cybersocket Web Awards recognize outstanding achievements in the world of gay adult online media and entertainment. The winner in each category will be presented with a personalized trophy commemorating their achievements in the industry.

The Web Awards are split into two categories: Industry Choice Awards, with 11 sub-categories; and the Surfer's Choice Awards, which includes 26 sub-categories.

Industry Choice sub-categories include Best Affiliate Program, Billing Company, Business Person of the Year, Video Company Site and Web Content Provider. New categories include Surfers' Choice: Massage Site, Mobile Site and Movie of the Year. The new Webmasters Choice categories are Alternative Billing Company, Company of the Year and White Label.

With Epoch as presenting sponsor, Cybersocket Awards show Gold sponsors include Buddy Profits, Video Secrets, Men4SexNow.com, MaleStockroom.com, Webair, Mansion Productions and XBIZ.

Cybersocket President Morgan Sommer said the event will feature music from DJ Chi Chi LaRue, who also will co-emcee the awards show alongside Jason Sechrest.

“This will be one of those fun nights to remember,” Sommer said. “All registered attendees of the XBIZ show are invited, as well as all nominees and special VIP invitees."
