SexToy.com Unveils New Look

CYBERSPACE — Adult novelty retail site SexToy.com has been revamped with a new look.

SexToy.com was recently nominated as Retail Site of the Year for both the 2010 XBIZ Awards and Cybersocket Web Awards.

“Many people think my company CNV.com Inc. makes most of its money from SexToy.com, but actually it has always been our affiliate program, MyFreeWebsite.com and wholesale drop-ship site SexToyClub.com, that earns the majority of sales,” SexToy.com Owner Dave Levine said. “But a few years ago, I decided to start on a plan to increase sales on SexToy.com and so far it has grown 1,000 percent.”

The former site consisted of one page that was absent from search engines, Levine added. The site now features original content, blogs, videos and marketing tools.

Parent company CNV.com Inc. also added thousands of new products and search tools for consumers to find them. SexToy.com now features more than 40,000 DVDs, a selection of bondage items, lingerie and clothing, including Hustler-branded apparel.

“We at Hustler Apparel are ecstatic that our lines of men’s and women’s apparel are now available through SexToy.com,” said Rudy Flores, national sales manager for LFP Apparel. “It’s always exciting when two strong brands align to deliver the very best customer service and product experience the likes which SexToy.com has become known to offer.”

Despite losing a marketing opportunity with the cancelation of cable network VH1’s reality dating show “Megan Wants a Millionaire” on which Levine appeared, he said SexToy.com continues to grow and in the future will offer pay-per-click advertising.

“Sex Toy Dave” will be having his next promotion at Hollywood nightclub Hyde on Sunset Boulevard on Jan. 14 where he will be giving away vibrators to the first 100 girls. The party will also celebrate the launch of the new SexToy.com lube.
