The new “MediaToad” kiosk enables a user to choose from thousand of stored scenes on, which already includes content offerings from top name studios like Sin City, Acid Rain and Metro, and create their own compilations, which are then burned and delivered to the user in 5-7 minutes.
The kiosk also lets users perform advanced searches through multiple adult categorizations to find the specific areas of interest they wish to burn.
Hoping to become a mainstay in every brick-and-mortar sex shop in the country, each MediaToad unit can be connected directly to Polar Frog Digital’s customer service center, so customers can speak directly to an agent if they experience any problems while making their selections.
The company isn’t limiting itself to porn, either. CEO Todd Rosenbaum said Polar Frog Digital has plans to provide many kinds of content via the kiosks.
“We will continue our efforts to expand our libraries to add Hollywood movies, television series, children’s television, sports archives and much more,” Rosenbaum said. “MediaToad gives retailers the ability to expand their core business in a practical and affordable manner.”
MediaToad lets users pay with cash or via an encrypted credit card connection, with transactions processed through a third party aggregator.
Sales data, royalties and inquiry transaction are logged in real time, and payouts are made daily. Studios and retailers using the service also can track their kiosk sales through a secured website hosted by Polar Frog Digital.
