Based in a futuristic world where gang law is king, the films follow the Actiongirls as they try to stay alive, alone, outnumbered and very naked.
Actiongirls owner Scotty JX told XBiz the new volumes feature the return of Czech star Veronica Zemanova, as well as the addition of 2005 Playboy model of the year Erica Campbell.
“Over four months this summer I shot 85 days, creating over 75 hours of raw video,” JX said. “That will translate into 6-8 DVDs, bringing the final total of Actiongirls DVDs to 13 volumes.”
JX said volumes 2-5 are already finished and that he recently began editing 6-13. Unlike the previous version of the movie, which was essentially a collection of individual music videos, the remaining installments will chronicle the girls’ survival stories from beginning to end.
“I hope to receive an R-rating for the movie,” JX said. “This will open up a wider market for me and a direction that I have been climbing up to with the Actiongirls.com videos.”
In Volume 2, titled “Army of Dead,” the evil Nazi queen Adriana Zarcova controls a roaming band of soldiers whose only purpose is to kill the Actiongirls. JX said that during production he also shot several new themes for separate release, including a Western-themed Actiongirls with Campbell and Susana Spears, “Sexy Zombie Babes,” “Pimps,” “Military School Girls” and “Goth Babes,” all of which feature naked women blasting away with large firearms.
“And this only scratches the surface on this year’s shooting,” JX said. “There’s much more to come.”
