ClubJenna, SexEntertain Sign Managed Services Agreement

LOS ANGELES — ClubJenna has signed a multiyear deal with leased content company and service provider SexEntertain.

Under the agreement, SexEntertain will create, manage and become the sole worldwide distributor of a new line of ClubJenna-branded leased content products. The Club Jenna-branded leased content products "Powered by SexEntertain" will be distributed to webmasters worldwide.

"ClubJenna, and Jenna Jameson are powerful brands in the adult entertainment community, and their content is ultra-premium,” SexEntertain co-owner RJ said. “We think their brand fits perfectly into our high-profile family. Since most surfers to and members of porn websites are already major fans of Jenna Jameson and ClubJenna, we are confident that integrating the ClubJenna feeds into their websites will directly improve retention and conversion ratios for our Webmasters.”

ClubJenna, based in Los Angeles, was founded in 2000 by Jenna Jameson. The company's assets include a film production business, a network of pay websites and a subscription-based cable television channel. Currently, ClubJenna operates exclusive websites including ClubJenna.com, JennaJameson.com, BrianaBanks.com, BreaBennett.com, RealJanine.com and operates the affiliate program JennaCash.com as its affiliate program.

SexEntertain, established in 1997, offers leased adult content with 400 different products. SexEntertain also provides management and distribution services to adult studios including Vivid, Hustler, Falcon, Adult Source Media and K-Beech Video.
