USDiscount Updates Affiliate Agent

O’FALLON, Montana — Software developer USDiscount recently released an update for its affiliate tracking and management software AffiliateAgent DB, promising a host of new site tracking and administration tools, as well as the tools to process 100,000 hits a day with minimal hardware.

USDiscount CEO Chris Wilson said the new update will help website owners by providing enhanced promotional tools and access to paid partners and affiliates.

“AffiliateAgent DB is our fastest, most powerful release in the past five years,” Wilson said. “The update will greatly benefit our current customers as well as new potential ecommerce related website owners.”

AffiliateAgent DB is a commission-based incentive program with nine different payout options. Wilson said the update includes a few bug fixes, support for additional payouts and optimized code, all of which give website owners a simple tool to sign up affiliates. The program also lets website owners compensate the affiliates for each referral that results in a sale. As in previous versions, the affiliate manager screens are template driven to allow the customization of existing website designs.

The software, written entirely in C/C++, interacts directly with a MySQL database server engine to provide real time reporting. Users can also track multiply sites with the program, and affiliates can now pass sub account information directly into AffiliateAgent.

Representatives at USDiscount report AffiliateAgent DB, which has been in production since 1997, has produced an estimated $60 million in revenue for the company.
