RentADrunk Launches Webmaster Marketing Service

DUBLIN — Three well-known adult webmasters with a taste for alcohol have teamed up to create RentADrunk.com, a new marketing program for adult website owners.

The service is simple: The three webmasters wear a client’s company logo, pass out fliers at events, and drink a lot, all over the course of 24 hours.

The new site was created by Frank Maher, who runs BabesAndStuff.com, CrazyShit Jay from CrazyShit.com and Drunk Eric, the proud proprietor of FueledByVodka.com.

Maher underscores the seriousness of the new business.

“Think about how many times you’ve seen a guy passed out at a party and how many pictures are taken of that guy,” Maher said. “Now think of your merchandise on that guy forever doing stupid drunken things that people will take pictures of and keep posting over and over online.”

In other words, Maher said, the new drunk advertising model is unique enough that it’s guaranteed to work.

Maher said the company plans to debut its host of sponsorship packages at Internext in January 2006. Packages will include advertising on the RentADrunk.com site, as well as sponsorship of the RentADrunk.com College Kegger Party, a beer-and-Jagermeister fest replete with wet T-shit contests and alcohol-inspired gaming. Other agency services also will be provided.

One visit to the new RentADrunk website and it’s obvious the men behind the service are good at their jobs. The site is packed with images of Maher, Jay and Eric drinking everything they can get their hands on, passed out on the beach, or generally in some form of inebriated disrepair.

The company plans to donate 30 percent of its earnings to the Free Speech Coalition or to The Well Project, an HIV research and support group.
