"It is much better for our legislators to hear the truth about our industry from us rather than the lies from our opponents, who are all too willing to spread misinformation about who we are and what we do," FSC Executive Director Diane Duke said. "We are watching a couple of bills that are being shopped around. One is mandatory condom legislation, and the other is a tax on adult entertainment."
During the two-day event, business owners, performers and other supporters and professionals will act as citizen lobbyists and receive the opportunity to represent the adult industry in a positive light.
The event also includes the Free Speech Legislation Reception, sponsored by Wicked Pictures, on March 10.
