Marquis America Launches MyFetishCafe.com

OAKLAND, Calif. — Marquis America, parent of fetish-oriented magazine “Marquis,” recently launched MyFetishCafe.com, a social-networking site that combines networking with shopping.

At MyFetishCafe.com, users can connect with other users, post and browse classifieds and upload pictures and video. The site also offers video-on-demand from Marquis Cinema, as well as a news and events feed.

Marquis America DVDs, toys, art, accessories and books, as well as back issues of “Marquis,” also are available on the site.

“MyFetishCafe.com is garnering thousands of hits in just the few weeks it’s been up,” Marquis America spokesman Erik von Gutenberg said. “Marquis magazine and DVDs are well respected in the fetish community, so it seemed logical to start a social networking site. We are trading banners, looking into affiliate programs and are confident this site will blow up.”
