Prodinix Changes Management and Ownership

LOS ANGELES – Prodinix, a supplier of video-on-demand technologies and digital rights management solutions, has undergone changes in upper management and ownership.

According to the company, after about a month of negotiations, Prodinix is finally under new ownership. All company assets have been acquired by PowerCharge, Inc. Aside from management, all Prodinix staff will remain the same, including the developers, customer support and sales team.

"This change has only opened new doors and broadened horizons for us, but more importantly, for our clients," Dave Guru, VP of business development, said. "With projects like set-top boxes and exclusive partnerships for custom product development already in the works, Prodinix is well on its way to expanding in all the right directions."

"With the expanding evolution in every market space, growth can only be achieved by diversification," Albert Attias, lead developer, said. "Prodinix will continue on this path by bringing innovative technology to the market with an unparalleled sense of finesse and style."
