U.K.’s Zelica Films Signs IPTV Distribution Deal With S&S Entertainment

WHITTIER, Calif. — S&S Entertainment, which specializes in distributing adult content over IPTV, has signed a three-year worldwide deal with U.K.-based erotica studio Zelica Films Ltd.

Zelica’s current productions include “Paris Skylight,” “White Admiral” and “Emily’s Kiss,” said Eileen M. Avalos, S&S Entertainment assistant vice president for acquisitions.

Zelica has been in the business of making erotic feature-length films over a five-year period, the studios' owner Stephen Southouse told XBIZ.

All three films are dramas: "Emily's Kiss" is experimental," "White Admiral" is noirish and "Paris Skylight" features a romance set in Paris, Zelica's owner Stephen Southouse told XBIZ. "Ave Marie," a film in pre-production, is an erotic psychological drama, he said.

"Zelica tries to bring a poetic approach to its subject matter," Southouse said. In the past several months, S&S signed Saint Entertainment and a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based adult cartoon maker B.A.T. Studios to distribute its animation series Back Alley Toonz.

S&S Entertainment specializes in worldwide distribution of digital adult content in partnership with CED, a Santa Monica, Calif.-based adult program supplier to many broadcast broadcast, mobile and web networks worldwide.
