How Do I Manage All My Products Without Neglect?


So I got this question from Jay Rouch on Facebook.

Jay Asks:

“Please explain how you can offer proper time to any of your projects when you sell so many services/products?

Do you think it lessens the value of each one?”

The fact is most of my products are either automated or setup to not need my constant attention after my work is done. I am not opening ice cream shops that I need to keep managing. Instead I set up business units online that don’t need me to babysit them.

I suppose it depends on your skills but I don’t like to make unnecessary work for myself.

The one thing that gets my constant ongoing attention is my clients who pay for hours and my mastermind group.
