The fight over the ownership of Vicious Media is getting stickier. Husband and wife Sheelagh and Eric Blumberg, known in the adult business as Shy Love and Eric Hunter, have filed a countersuit against former business partner Michael Fletcher and his associate Rui Lucas.
Sheelagh Blumberg will be deposed within the next 30 days by attorneys for Michael Fletcher regarding a legal dispute to settle ownership of Vicious Media.
Allegations of criminal and civil misconduct have been brought by plaintiff Michael Fletcher against Sheelagh and Eric Blumberg in a legal dispute over the ownership of Vicious Media, according to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Performer/director Tee Reel has signed a one-year distribution agreement with Vicious Media Inc. Under the agreement, Reel will direct and produce a minimum of 12 titles for Vicious in 2006, with a renewal option for 2007.
Shy Love’s newly formed production company has agreed to an exclusive distribution deal with Vicious Media Inc. The company plans to release 25-30 titles this year, shooting exclusively in high-definition.
